Tracey Wyllis

Managing Director

Tracey Wyllis is an experienced health and social care professional with over 20 years service in the sector. She has a proven track record in leading, developing and supporting teams to deliver high quality, person centred care.

Tracey has extensive experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, learning disabilities and complex physical needs.

She is recognised for her strong, compassionate leadership style, demonstrating the ability to motivate staff, promote best practice and build effective, trusting relationships with both teams and the individuals they support.

She fosters a culture of professionalism, compassion and continuous improvement.

Matthew Penpraze

Director & Responsible individual

Matthew Penpraze is the Responsible Individual for all services and has been part of the organisation for many years.

Matthew provides strong, accountable leadership and ensures the highest standards of quality across all services. He is committed to making services safe, effective and person-centred, while actively supporting the growth and development of both the individuals using the services and the staff delivering care.  He promotes a culture of excellence, respect and ongoing professional development.

Hannah Wilcox

Area Manager of Supported Living

Hannah brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector, having progressed through roles from Support Worker to Operations Manager and Residential Manager.   

She is passionate about providing person centred, high quality care and creating positive, supportive environments for both staff and those using the services.

Hannah believes in open communication, teamwork and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently deliver the best outcomes.

Mark Davies

Head of Residential & Domiciliary Care

Mark is a seasoned Registered Manager who brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors like Housing, Substance Misuse, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. Since 2016, he has been registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and Social Care Wales (SCW).

Mark has previously managed a wide array of projects for a major homelessness charity and served as Head of Treatment Services for a substantial Social Housing Provider, where he developed an acclaimed substance misuse treatment program. Additionally, Mark has led a successful tender for a substance misuse contract in Cardiff and managed a mental health housing division in Swansea.

Mark holds an HNC in Supported Housing, a Level 5 Diploma in Adult Management within a Health and Social Care setting and numerous management qualifications like ILM levels 3 and 5 and CMI coaching and development. Passionate about aiding the vulnerable, he specialises in Mental Health and Substance Misuse.

Stacy Browning

Specialist Occupational therapist

Stacy Browning qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2011 and has since obtained numerous additional certifications. She takes pride in working with individuals with serious and enduring mental illness, personality disorders, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Stacey is passionate about promoting individualised care that enables the individual to ‘take the lead voice’ in making decisions on the care that they receive.

Jamie Hughs

Clinical Lead

Jamie has worked in the mental health and learning disability sector since 2003 and possesses professional and academic experience in forensic psychiatry, recovery, physical health in mental health, community nursing and challenging behaviour.

Aside from his mental health nursing degree, Jamie holds a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support and a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary and Community Healthcare Practice. Jamie has engaged in a number of research projects and has presented his work at national and international professional healthcare conferences.

Jamie now works as clinical lead for Serendipity Care Ltd, implementing Positive Behaviour Support, enhancing staff training and providing specialist input to care planning and service development.

Paiton Clarke

Assistant Psychologist

Paiton Clarke began her journey with Serendipity at 17, working as an Office Assistant.  While continuing to work with us, she pursued higher education, earning a first-class BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a merit in her MSc in Psychology.

Paiton is committed to social justice and mental health and works collaboratively with individuals to provide supportive, person centred care.   

Her combination of academic knowledge and practical experience enables her to make a meaningful impact on both the people she supports and the wider team.

Dionne Parry

Office Administration

Dionne Parry has been with Serendipity for many years, beginning her career as a Support Worker before joining the office team.

She is dedicated to supporting both staff and individuals, bringing valuable knowledge, experience and a friendly, approachable attitude to her role.

Janine Bartlett

Finance & Office Manager

Janine Bartlett is our Finance and Office Manager, bringing extensive experience in accounts and financial management. She oversees all financial operations at Serendipity, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.

Janine also supports the smooth running of the office, coordinating administrative processes and providing essential support to staff and the wider team.

Her attention to detail, professionalism and dedication help maintain the high standards and reliability that underpin all our services.
