Sian Penpraze – Operational Director and Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sian Penpraze is Serendipity’s Registered Mental Health Nurse and E.N. Sian has over 30 years’ experience in the mental health field in both a generic and forensic settings. Over the years Sian has developed relationships with a wide range of care commissioners in the NHS and local authorities.

Over the years Sian noticed a pattern which she refers to as a “revolving door syndrome” where she noticed the same people coming in and out of care/ hospital.

It was this that inspired Sian and Steve to create safe secure homely environment which would enhance individual’s mental wellbeing and also, where possible, could help to rehabilitate them back into the community.

“Our aim is to help individual’s be the best they can be and for them to reach their optimum level whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally.”

Steve Cosslett – Managing Director

Steve has over 30 years experience in Management/Leadership in various roles ,including as a National Operations Manager with a Blue Chip Organisation and running his own businesses.Steve has worked in the care sector for the past nine years and  It was Steve’s and Sian’s vision to create a high quality care home for individuals experiencing serious and enduring mental illness which was realised in the opening of Bellwave House.

Tracey Wyllis – General Manager

Tracey Wyllis has been working in care for over 14 years. At Serendipity, Tracey is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of both Bellwave House and Serendipity’s Domiciliary Care.

“It’s all about the individual and making sure their needs are met fully, where it be in a residential setting or a 15 minute call.”

Matthew Penpraze – Manager

Matthew Penpraze in the Manager of Bellwave House and has been with the company since 2013. Matthew prides himself on being patient and understanding with staff and the individuals at the home.

“We aim to make Bellwave House as homely as possible, to enable to individuals to truly feel at home here.”
